A photoshoot booking includes exclusive use of the Drawing Room and Green Solarium and non-exclusive use of the main hall, main stairs, Juliet Balcony, west side of the Terrace and the Rose Garden. Subject to availability on Monday from 10 am to 12 pm and 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm; Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 12 pm and 1 to 3 pm; Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm. We open up dates for booking 12 weeks in advance. If you’re inquiring about a date outside this window, please note that we won’t be able to confirm availability until closer to the booking date. The rest is the same. No photoshoot bookings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from May to October, and no photoshoot bookings in November and December. Rates for 2027 are subject to change. Two-hour minimum photoshoot charge: $750.00 + tax Each additional hour is $275.00 + tax The posted rates are for non-commercial use and are priced for a wedding, engagement, or personal photo session.
